Small Fish is the story of Paul James Raynor, a single 23-year-old soldier who went looking for adventure in the Korean War and instead, found a family and became a pioneer of international adoption. Paul was one of the many soldiers and sailors who cared for an estimated 10,000 children who were orphaned or abandoned on the streets of Seoul in the early 1950s. But his determination to make this small boy his son in the face of incredible odds, makes his story unique.
